Big A** Sandwiches

Hit this cart Saturday night(Sunday morning, but you know know what I mean) with Holdthebeans. Got the breakfast sandwich with bacon, although sausage is an option in lieu of bacon. I really liked the ciabatta they use, as it seems like a perfect balance between a rustic roll and an English muffin. The only fault I can think of is that, with the fries on it(in addition to scrambled egg, the previously mentioned bacon, and cheese(2 kinds I believe)), it gets a little dry. I can see why they have the option of Bechamel for the other sandwiches, but I doubt it would really work on the breakfast version. Holdthebeans and I both agreed that some sausage gravy would make this thing an absolute homerun.
