I had the chance to have brunch here with Sylvan and Joy during my brief visit last weekend, and it's nice to see them doing well given that they're more of a lower profile neighborhood spot. Pics to come soon.

like the mustard seeds hagning out in those potatoes BUT I don't see any skin/char...were they as greasy as they look?

I had the steak version, rather than the corned beef, but no, I wouldn't say the potatoes were particularly greasy, or even as greasy as they look in Sauce's picture.
Their square-cubed corned beef hash is indeed pretty tasty, as are the ebelskiver (mmmm vanilla sabayon).
It's very mellow before right around 10am, but doesn't get terribly busy. I've been four and five times now and enjoyed my food each time. Kid friendly, so maybe not your #1 choice for hangover food.
