Improvements on Forum Topics

Your friendly neighborhood sysadmin here. I've added the ability to add addresses directly to a forum topic, which will get them displayed at the top of the thread. I'll eventually get it (likely later today) such that it displays a nice little map in addition to the text block. Adding location information to a forum thread is optional, and so you can still create any thread you want.

I'm happy with the new info input and so I'm slowly moving info over from the listing pages onto the forum pages themselves. In the meantime, what it's going to look like is that some forum threads will be missing their maps and what not, but rest assured they're all coming back.
Locations are complete. I'm in the process of adding website, phone number, hours, and twitter accounts too.
