Here's a bit more info on a couple of the cocktails:
Chris Churilla (Downward Dog in Corvallis) served up his cocktail called the Second Deadly Sin, combining Buck 8 yr bourbon, Maraska maraschino liqueur, Oakshire espresso stout vermouth, Oakshire IPA orange bitters, and orange peel.
Jabriel Donohue (from the Washington State Bartenders Guild) served up the Ursus Rodeo:
1oz 8 Seconds Canadian Whiskey
1oz Alameda Black Bear Stout
1/2 oz Drambuie
1/4 oz Gran Marnier
1 Dash Regans Orange Bitters
Shake, strain, garnish with orange zest. (I wouldn't be surprised to see this cocktail in the upcoming Drambuie Den cocktail competition, also.)

It wasn't as big a turnout as the last charity event, but alas it was the Sunday after Halloween. Those who did come were rewarded with five very different beer cocktails (none of which were a Belgian 75) to go with a beer-themed food menu, and hey, the World Series was on the TV as well. With the help of sponsors like Zupans and Upright Brewing, over $400 was raised benefiting Schoolhouse Supplies.
Recipes to follow soon.
