He rounds up the top ramen shops in Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas and Seattle. I'd switch the top two, as I prefer Asa over Santouka, but that's like ditching the Mercedes to drive a Lexus. (For reference, Samurai Noodle in Seattle ranks as the fourth best noodle shop in town.) I'm trying to get Rameniac to come up here to see the ramen scene in Portland, which I'm sure he'd dig.
