La Catrina	This permanently parked truck is best known for their "tortas gigantes", especially the cubanita featuring milanesa, ham, scrambled egg, avocado, cheese and more. 503-890-5625
La Estacion	This taqueria (whose sister taco truck is occasionally parked nearby on the other side of the Sugar shack) offers the usual array of Mexican grub, but where they stand out is with their Yucatecan items, namely the panucho and huaraches, pieces of masa pounded flat and then topped with meat. A good way to go would be to top them with another signature Yucatecan item: the slow-roasted porky goodness of a cochinita pibil.
