EaT does a great job of bringing the Big Easy to the Pacific Northwest. A rotating menu of local oysters (you can find out about their current selection via Twitter @EaTOysterBar) is just the tip of the iceberg, as EaT also brings forth other New Orleans favorites as gumbo and po' boys, right down to the Cafe du Monde coffee. And an underrated aspect of EaT is their really nice selection of bourbon.
