Nakwon's strength is exhibiting the Northern Chinese influence on Korean cuisine. Hand pulled noodles, dumplings and soups are strengths here, as well as other cross-cultural items like curry. Nakwon's menu is large and features some hard-to-find items, such as budae jjigae, a traditional "military stew" that uses Spam!
