Ngoc Han Bun Bo Hue

The newer of Portland's bun bo Hue specialists, Ngoc Han's menu also features a handful of other rice and vermicelli noodle dishes (served in a "dry" salad form, or in a broth). During warm weather, the room is abuzz with the whirling sound of blenders making tropical fruit smoothies, including avocado and durian.
