I don't know who Uncle Earl is. The fame of this drink can be called into question as well. But it's definitely one delicious bloody mary.

Huber's offers its Spanish coffee with a bit of old-school flair, mixing it tableside. A healthy dose of Bacardi 151 is lit while Kahlua and coffee get poured into the sugar-rimmed glass. Whipped cream and nutmeg are added at the end.

Vacpot
A vacpot works by heating some water to a boil, which turns some of it to steam. This creates air pressure which forces non-boiled water up through a siphon into the upper chamber where the grounds are. As the temperature cools, the vapor turns back to water, which creates a vacuum in the lower chamber, drawing the steeped coffee back down.
