Vacpot

Barista - Vacpot

A vacpot works by heating some water to a boil, which turns some of it to steam. This creates air pressure which forces non-boiled water up through a siphon into the upper chamber where the grounds are. As the temperature cools, the vapor turns back to water, which creates a vacuum in the lower chamber, drawing the steeped coffee back down.
